Current Physician Volunteer Opportunities


Mission Arlington



Location: 210 W. South Street, Arlington, Texas 76010.

Dates:  M/W/F 9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.   T/Th 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  However, Andrea, the Clinic Director, will schedule an alternate time when a physician or a physician and his or her team can volunteer.

Opportunities for: Doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses who want to volunteer.

GRACE Community Clinic

The GRACE Outreach to Health Community Clinic is in need of volunteer physicians to work with a team of nurses and pharmacists to provide medical care to low income families and the working poor who live in our service area.  The GRACE Community Clinic is a charitable clinic in Grapevine that has been providing medical services and health education for more than five years.  Daytime and evening volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year.  Shifts are less than 3 hours and patient load can be adjusted.

Mission Fort Worth


Location:
4401 Vermont Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76115

Dates: Wednesdays and Thursdays: noon - 2:30 p.m.

Opportunities for: physicians, nursing and allied health

Specialties: Internists, Family Physicians and Endocrinologists

Description: All volunteer clinic, mostly for Spanish speaking adults with no other source of health care. We primarily treat diabetes (type 2) and hypertension, with occasional URIs, gastritis, allergies, etc.
