Charitable Clinic Advisory Committee
The Charitable Community Clinic Committee exists to facilitate communication and sharing of resources between Tarrant County Medical Society, Project Access Tarrant County, and our community’s charitable/community clinics and related services.

Works with Legislators in Austin and Washington, D.C. to protect physicians and our patients.

Ethics Consortium
Draws together professionals from varied health care disciplines to address the ever-increasing ethical issues that come with the increasing complexity of medical care. The consortium sponsors conferences for health care professionals on issues such as end-of-life, managed care and futility.

Gold-Headed Cane Committee
Comprised of past honorees, the committee counts the ballots for the Gold-Headed Cane Award and helps coordinate the award dinner.

Physician Health and Wellness Committee 
Identifies impairment, strongly urges treatment and reviews rehabilitation provided to the impaired physicians within Tarrant County.

Public Grievance Committee
Reviews and handles complaints concerning physician-patient relations, ethical concerns and appropriate medical care.

Public Health and School Advisory Committee
Serves as a consultant for the nursing directors of 11 area school districts, and consults with the public health departments, on various county health issues.

Publications Committee
Determines editorial content and approval of advertisers in the magazine and serves as advisor to the Managing Editor of the Tarrant County Physician magazine.
